The hard part of iGaming is not the games. It is keeping one player balance consistent across every vendor, reconciling what each vendor says happened to what the operator's books say happened, and proving to a regulator exactly what took place on any round, months later.

I learned that leading the SuperDraft iGaming platform: nine vendors, more than 100 games, one wallet across every product, and advance deposit wagering on live horse racing. The games worked. The wallet and the reconciliation were where the time went, because they were stitched together after the fact.

So we are building the back office the other way round. AXIGAMING is a white-label iGaming platform and operator back office, delivered as a vertical of AXERP by Axina Group. CTO Rescues leads the architecture and has a stake in Axina. That is a reason to be specific about what the platform does and what is still ahead, not a reason to hide it.

What "white-label" means here

Every operator is a tenant with its own brands, domains, game selection, licences and books, on one shared codebase and one game catalogue with no limit on the number of titles. A client chooses one of three front ends:

  • Custom: we design and build the casino front end for the brand.
  • Template: our lobby, game, cashier, account and promotions pages, themed with the client's brand tokens.
  • Headless: the client builds its own UI against our versioned APIs and game-launch service.

New domains, mirror domains and per-market brands are configuration changes, not code releases. Each tenant gets its own database, encryption keys, wallets and ledger partition.

The ledger is the product

Every deposit, withdrawal, bet, result, win, pot, rake, jackpot contribution, bonus and adjustment is written once to an append-only, hash-chained gaming ledger. Each row carries the jurisdiction, the geolocation verdict and the hash of the certified game build that produced the outcome.

That one design choice answers the three problems above. The ledger rebuilds any balance. It replays any round for a regulator or a disputed player. And it posts summarised, reconciled entries to AXERP for player liability, gross gaming revenue, rake, bonus cost, jackpot reserves and gaming tax. The real-time gaming core handles thousands of bets per second; AXERP handles the accounting, CRM and governance. AXERP never sits in the bet path.

Our own game server

AX-RGS is an in-house remote gaming server for single-player games (slots, instant win, RNG tables) and multi-player games (crash, bingo, draws, tournaments). Owning it keeps game math, outcomes and every money movement inside one certified perimeter and one ledger, instead of trusting a vendor's report.

  • A certification vault holds one approved build per game per state, and serves only the build approved where the player is.
  • Shared multi-player rounds are committed by hash before betting closes, and players from different licences never share a pool unless both regulators allow it.
  • Third-party studios onboard through a provider portal by configuration, mapped to one canonical game contract. A tenant can switch a vendor or a single game on or off per brand and market in minutes.
  • Actual versus theoretical return is tracked per game per state, with automatic suspension when it drifts outside tolerance.

Compliance in code, checked before the outcome

A jurisdiction profile engine holds each market's rules: which products are legal, deposit and loss limits, return-to-player floors, slot pacing, self-exclusion registries, tax and report formats. It is versioned and enforced at the gateway, the game server, the wallet and the lobby. On every bet:

  1. Session and geolocation are verified at the gateway. It fails closed.
  2. The jurisdiction profile confirms the product is permitted for this player and licence.
  3. Limits and self-exclusion are enforced inside the wallet debit.
  4. The certified outcome is written to the ledger before the player sees it.
  5. The win is credited, and AML, risk and reporting run without slowing play.

The market order is the United States first, then Ontario and Alberta, then the EU under an MGA-standard deployment. Axina enters each market as a platform and content supplier. Operator clients hold the consumer licences.

AI where it earns its place

AI carries three jobs from day one, in this order: anti-money-laundering, identity verification, and a personalised lobby. AML comes first because it is the licence risk. It combines regulator rules, behavioural anomaly models and a network graph across players, devices and payment instruments.

Three rules apply to every model. It never moves money: blocks, withdrawal holds and suspicious-transaction filings need a named human approver. Every score ships with its reasons, stored with the decision, so a regulator can see why. And responsible gambling overrides commercial models. A player at elevated risk gets a neutral lobby, with no "hot" labels and no personalisation into longer sessions.

The AxiCasino theme is one token file. Swap it and the same lobby, cashier and account pages re-skin for a client brand. Gold is reserved for one primary action per screen, and responsible-gambling links are always visible.

AWS and Microsoft Azure

AXIGAMING deploys on AWS and Microsoft Azure from the same Terraform and Helm templates. The cloud is chosen per licence, per region, or per the client's enterprise agreement. Where a state requires gaming equipment in-state, both the primary and the disaster-recovery site stay in that state. Player data stays in the licence region.

Where it stands

AxiCasino is the pilot tenant, running in demo mode. Real-money play happens only through licensed operators in permitted markets, after supplier licensing and test-lab certification for each one. Performance numbers we quote are design targets until load and disaster-recovery tests prove them. If a vendor tells you their platform is licensed everywhere on day one, ask to see the certificates.

Who should talk to us

  • Operators replatforming off a stack of point integrations that no longer reconcile.
  • Racing permitholders and land-based operators adding a regulated online product.
  • Brands that want a casino, fantasy or racing front end without building a back office.

Product details are on the AXIGAMING page at Axina Group. The development white paper is available to qualified operators on request. If you are weighing a platform decision, book a discovery call. We will tell you whether AXIGAMING fits, including when the answer is to keep what you have.
