Why stay on a licensed ERP

Many of the companies that call already run Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or another licensed ERP. Buyers pay for the software and for a large implementation. On perpetual licenses, annual maintenance commonly runs 20 to 30 percent of the license. The engagement stays on that system when replacing it is the wrong decision.
